- 4 cups finely shredded red cabbage
- 3 TBLS olive oil
- ½ or 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 3-4 TBLS lemon or lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Whisk oils and lemon juice. Toss with cabbage to coat. Toss in rest of ingredients.
