Thanksgiving Slaw with Cranberries
- 6-8 cups green cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup parsley, chopped, optional
- 1 cup almonds, toasted, sliced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toss veggies with the following dressing whisked together:
- ½ cup red onion, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBLS maple syrup
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
