Red Cabbage Salad with Dates and Feta

  • 4 cups finely shredded red cabbage
  • 3 TBLS olive oil
  • ½ or 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3-4 TBLS lemon or lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Whisk oils and lemon juice. Toss with cabbage to coat. Toss in rest of ingredients.
