Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette (version 2)

Cilantro
  • 2 TBLS fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic scape, minced
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 TBLS olive oil
  • 2 TBLS cilantro, chopped fine

Mix together all ingredients and serve over salad.
