• 1 large apple cut into matchsticks
• ½ large kohlrabi, peeled and cut into matchsticks
• 2 TBLS red onion, thinly sliced
• ½ cup pecans, chopped and toasted

Combine above ingredients.

Pour over the following dressing, whisked together:

• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 TBLS apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• salt and pepper to taste
